Congressman Ken Buck questions Jeff Landry, Louisiana attorney general, Vanita Gupta, principal deputy assistant attorney general for the U.S. Department of Justice, and Michael Horowitz,   Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Justice. The hearing was held to investigate New Orleans' sanctuary city policies. Congressman Buck presses the witnesses on whether or not the federal government can ethically choose to enforce only part of the law regarding immigration.
